I've known Evan for about 9 years now and there is no one in my personal network that I would have rather worked with. He makes himself extremely available and that was a huge plus in this market. Houses worth purchasing may only be on the market for 24 hours, and we were able to see each and every house we intended to - all because of Evan. After we found the home we were looking for (our first!) I was almost as happy for Evan as I was for us, because he worked his butt off so we could find something worth calling home.
